Salmon with Lemon and Dill
Salmon is baked in a lemon dill butter sauce for this quick, easy, light, yet delicious recipe. The fresh flavors complement the fish perfectly.
Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
- Prepare Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish.
- Make Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and lemon juice. Drizzle this mixture over the salmon.
- Season: Sprinkle the salmon with dried dill weed, garlic powder, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
